What you will do

• Work with live customers to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and recommend workflow automation improvements.
• Guide customers on best practices and system configuration for hirify.global products.
• Inform customers about new features and their business impact.
• Support clients throughout the full implementation cycle (initiation, design, build, training & UAT, go-live).
• Collaborate with peers within the global Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Prior experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.
• Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay.
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and project tasks simultaneously with high quality and control.
• Experience as an application consultant or in accounting.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Good project management skills.
