What you will do

• Design and evolve job architectures.
• Apply job evaluation and grading frameworks.
• Define success profiles and skill/competency models for roles.
• Enable agile organisations by optimising strategy, cost, and pay, and improving recruitment/career structures.
• Play a key role in project delivery and solution design.
• Deepen expertise across organisational infrastructure and reward while working with clients.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of, or strong potential to develop expertise in, organisational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward, and HR.
• Ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical, scalable solutions.
• Flexible collaborator with good judgement.
• Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish) and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
• Preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g., business, engineering, HR).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience from reward or organisational consulting firms.
• Experience from human capital divisions of accounting or professional services firms.
• Experience from engineering or broader advisory consultancies.
