• Develop profitable business through effective client relationship building and account management.
• Manage and expand relationships with business leaders to increase opportunities and impact client business success.
• Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project management.
• Support relationship development with large key clients as part of an account team.
• Lead proposal writing and shaping opportunities for complex clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership and research, enhancing the hirify.global brand.

Requirements

• Relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus 10+ years of relevant work experience in consultancy and/or client HR function.
• Significant work experience (10+ years) in a top-tier professional services firm.
