TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech): Owning the architecture, development, and scaling of hirify.global’s next-generation digital products with an accent on secure, performant, and user-centric web applications and seamless integration with CRM/analytics systems. Focus on building and launching the MTD product backend, integrating hirify.global’s systems, deploying to scalable production infrastructure, and ensuring a secure, compliant, and maintainable platform.

hirify.global is a fast-growing FinTech startup that provides back-office services for micro SMEs, specializing in corporate secretary, accounting, and FinTech payments.

What you will do

• Develop and launch the core backend for the Making Tax Digital (MTD) product, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
• Integrate the product’s backend with hirify.global’s CRM and analytics systems for customer data flow and real-time insights.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of full-stack systems using AWS, Railway, or Vercel, setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
• Implement GDPR-compliant data handling and secure OAuth 2.0 flows for authentication and integrations.
• Produce clean, testable, and documented codebases (FastAPI / Node.js / React / Next.js) and establish testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of overall experience, with 2+ years building production B2B SaaS or FinTech products.
• Strong backend proficiency in Node.js / Nest.js.
• Solid frontend skills with React / Next.js.
• Experience with APIs (REST, OAuth 2.0, JSON schemas, Postman) and DevOps (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of security best practices, including GDPR, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proven track record of delivering live, production-grade systems independently or as a lead, with experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
