TL;DR
Frontend/Growth Engineer (React): Leading the development of customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites with an accent on performance optimization, SEO, and conversion. What you will do
- Launch high-performance frontend experiences, ensuring Lighthouse scores above 90 with Core Web Vitals compliance.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Build an SEO and analytics-ready microsite framework with reusable components and schema markup.
- Integrate headless CMS solutions like Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi for content autonomy.
- Deploy and configure comprehensive analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mixpanel) and A/B testing infrastructure (Optimizely, VWO).
- Create and launch secondary marketing sites for new product verticals, ensuring brand consistency and measurable conversion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of total experience, including 1–2 years in marketing or growth engineering.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with SEO and performance optimization, achieving Lighthouse scores above 90.
- Proven ability to integrate headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi).
- Expertise in analytics setup, including Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Experience with A/B testing and growth stack implementation.
- Demonstrated experience shipping SEO-friendly, data-driven web applications.
- Thrives in startup-like environments: hands-on, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven.
Nice to have
- Experience with Micro Front Ends (MFE).
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS or Chakra UI.
- Zapier or no-code automation experience.
