What you will do

• Provide product life cycle management for assigned product lines, including new product introduction and rationalization.
• Act as Voice of Customer, driving requirements and proposing new product concepts for the global marketplace.
• Develop, lead, and manage a product team.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and operations to ensure strategic alignment.
• Coordinate activities within the product management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant product and/or market experience.
• Upstream marketing experience in the medical device industry (preferred).
• Experience successfully launching products and translating customer needs into requirements.
• Experience in hiring, leading, and developing teams.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment.
• Must be able to commute to Chelmsford, MA.
