Location: Hybrid (UK). Candidates must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects within a high-performance environment.
• Own high-level, end-to-end solution design, including requirements gathering, functional testing, and data migration.
• Lead client workshops, design sessions, and end-user training for solution adoption.
• Design, configure, and implement business processes and workflows aligned to customer requirements.
• Act as primary interface between client stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Contribute to the growth of hirify.global’s Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations offering, including AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle Microsoft ERP stack implementations across various industries.
• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Tax, Asset Leasing, Project Management & Accounting).
• Experience implementing and configuring Finance processes (I2D, O2C, R2R) within D365.
• Experience in Data migration, movement, and promotion, including DMF and Data Task Automation Framework.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Skilled in creating functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and user stories.
• Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring continuous residency in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.
