Salary: $120,000–$192,000 annually base salary

What you will do

• Define and maintain the 12–18 month roadmap for vDefend Firewall, identifying market shifts towards Zero Trust, Centralized Policy Management, and Security-as-Code.
• Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for key features.
• Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) activities, collaborating with Marketing for messaging, white papers, and sales enablement.
• Lead "Design Partner" programs with enterprise customers to gather feedback on beta features.
• Partner with VCF teams to ensure seamless integration of vDefend Firewall and logging across the VCF stack.
• Work with business operations to refine SKU structures and ROI modeling for vDefend add-on.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering/Computer Science and 8 years in Product Management, with a focus on Network Security or Data Center Infrastructure (or Masters with same experience).
• Deep understanding of L2–L7 stateful firewalls, micro-segmentation, and zero trust technology.
• Ability to discuss details of firewall data plane, API-first architectures, and automation (Terraform/Ansible) with engineering teams.
• High-level influence skills (P4 level requires the ability to lead without direct authority across global teams).
• Operate with high autonomy to think horizontally about firewall impact on private cloud operations and deployment.
