What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Finance Systems strategy and roadmap across ERP, billing, payments, procurement, close, FP&A, reporting, data platforms, and automation.
- Act as the technical transformation partner to Finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable system architecture.
- Lead the design and evolution of a modern, cloud-native finance stack, including integrations and APIs.
- Drive automation across core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
- Introduce AI-enabled tooling and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, reconciliation, controls, and operational visibility.
- Build and develop a high-performing Finance Systems team, acting as a centre of excellence for Finance Technology.
Requirements
- 9+ years’ experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Systems, or Finance Technology leadership roles.
- Proven delivery of ERP implementations and ownership of ERP ecosystems (e.g., Workday Financials or similar).
- Experience implementing broader finance tooling across billing, payments, procurement, close, FP&A, and reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated success driving finance automation processes across core workflows, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A) and experience in SaaS, Fintech or highly regulated environments.
- English: B2 required
