• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team.
• Drive quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for data consistency and reporting accuracy.
• Identify and support process enhancements, innovation, and scalability using KPIs.
• Ensure timely tracking and follow-up of action items to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Continuously enhance skill sets and stay informed about AML compliance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills (C1).
• Demonstrated experience in related fields and ability to handle complex projects from start to finish.
• Ability to critically evaluate processes, identify improvements, and conduct risk assessments.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ethical standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
