What you will do
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team.
- Drive quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration for data consistency and reporting accuracy.
- Identify and support process enhancements, innovation, and scalability using KPIs.
- Ensure timely tracking and follow-up of action items to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Continuously enhance skill sets and stay informed about AML compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills (C1).
- Demonstrated experience in related fields and ability to handle complex projects from start to finish.
- Ability to critically evaluate processes, identify improvements, and conduct risk assessments.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ethical standards.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
