- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and build trusted relationships.
- Take ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet security and regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to support successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and build strong partnerships across teams.
Requirements
- Advanced capability in solution architecture, solution design, and system design.
- Advanced experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and service delivery optimization.
- Advanced cloud compute experience, including infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Advanced skills in bid management, proposal development, and product roadmap development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Specialist expertise in Data Centre Technology, Genesys Cloud Contact Centre, Avaya Contact Centre, or Contact Centre Applications.
