Solutions Architect (Contact Centre): Designing and delivering secure, scalable, and robust digital solutions for customers with an accent on technical leadership and alignment with business strategy. Focus on taking ownership of the end-to-end solution architecture lifecycle, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in contact centre environments.
Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Manchester, London, Birmingham, or Bristol, United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver reliable digital solutions.
- Understand customer needs, build trusted relationships, and ensure solutions align with priorities.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end solution architecture lifecycle, from requirements to delivery readiness.
- Ensure all solutions meet required security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to support successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and influence better ways of working across teams.
Requirements
- Advanced capability in solution architecture, solution design, and system design.
- Advanced experience in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and service delivery optimisation.
- Advanced cloud compute experience, including infrastructure and platform solutions via third-party providers.
- Advanced bid management, proposal development, and product roadmap development skills.
- Advanced change management and technology strategy, aligning solutions to business goals.
- Intermediate experience across areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, business analysis, and vendor management.
- Specialist Contact Centre expertise (one or more of: Data Centre Technology, Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Contact Centre Applications).
- Work from the United Kingdom is required for this hybrid role.
