TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Contact Centre): Designing reliable digital solutions for customers, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with customer goals and organizational strategy. Focus on delivering robust, future-ready solutions that are simple for customers to adopt, while meeting security and compliance standards.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home in Manchester, London, Birmingham, or Bristol.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver reliable digital solutions.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and build trusted relationships.
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet security and regulatory standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to support successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement and build strong partnerships across teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced capability in solution architecture, solution design, and system design.
  • Advanced experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and service delivery optimization.
  • Advanced cloud compute experience, including infrastructure and platform solutions.
  • Advanced skills in bid management, proposal development, and product roadmap development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Specialist expertise in Data Centre Technology, Genesys Cloud Contact Centre, Avaya Contact Centre, or Contact Centre Applications.
