Location: Hybrid role from our Bangkok office, requiring 2 days a week in person.

What you will do

• Lead and scale Growth Engineering pods, setting clear direction and accountability tied to growth metrics.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Design, and Marketing leadership to translate growth strategy into roadmaps and experiments.
• Own delivery excellence for your teams, improving speed, efficiency, and quality while balancing rapid experimentation.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership across modern web stacks (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools and workflows to meaningfully increase engineering velocity.
• Build strong cross-geo partnerships with US-based teams and attract, hire, and retain top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years leading engineering teams or multiple pods.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams and execution in fast-moving, metrics-driven environments.
• Strong track record of delivering sustained impact in Growth, experimentation, or consumer-facing web products.
• Excellent knowledge of front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
• Experience building and supporting client-side and server-side rendered web applications at scale.
• Clear, effective communicator who can bridge Bangkok- and US-based teams across time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO, performance optimization, and discoverability-focused web development.
• Broad understanding of development across the stack, with comfort in reasoning about APIs, services, and data flows.
• Comfortable using—or eager to adopt—modern AI tools to improve engineering workflows and experimentation velocity.
