What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to production for large financial institutions and crypto-natives.
- Define scope, collect business requirements, and design complex "One hirify.global" solutions and specifications.
- Act as a technical strategist to structure and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Lead the RFx process (RFI/RFP) for the LATAM region.
- Provide post-implementation improvement support and manage the product feedback loop to global teams.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, coordinating system design and strategic direction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture within Enterprise software, Fintech, or Digital Assets.
- Over 4 years of experience in consulting and selling blockchain technology.
- At least 2 years of experience advising and selling to leading financial institutions across Latin America.
- Advanced technical depth in MPC, HSM/KMS architectures, and Wallet-as-a-Service delivery models.
- Demonstrated commercial expertise in supporting complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
- Solid technical expertise with DLT, smart contracts, and REST APIs.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of industry data standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022).
- Basic scripting tasks.
