What you will do

• Review incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
• Enter data from each order into the ERP system (Acumatica), ensuring a high level of quality and minimizing delays.
• Create invoices and license certificates for each order as required.
• Work closely with the sales team in reviewing and processing orders, utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
• Coordinate and assist with internal questions and processes related to order processing.
• Interact and communicate with distributors and partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with order processing and data entry.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Capacity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including working overtime or off-hours as needed.
