What you will do

• Collaborate with colleagues to understand challenges and design practical AI/ML solutions.
• Prototype and develop machine learning and generative AI systems in areas like forecasting, pricing, anomaly detection, and information extraction.
• Experiment with algorithms, structured data modelling, and foundation models using AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3).
• Write clear, maintainable Python code for production solutions and work with software engineers.
• Partner with experienced colleagues and share good practices in AI/ML to promote responsible use of AI and foster learning.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions that created real impact in industry or academia.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• SQL knowledge and experience working with structured data.
• Familiarity with MLOps production concepts (versioning, testing, reproducibility).
• Interest and experience in modern ML methods, including deep learning and prompt engineering.
