TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide telephone and email based post-sales technical support for hirify.global software products.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Proactively update customers on the progress of their outstanding queries.
  • Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner, improving customer experience.
  • Provide superior customer service for MDM solutions, diagnosing and solving application queries.
  • Use various devices to reproduce customer environments to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
  • Solid understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022).
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong team-player mindset.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+).

Nice to have

  • Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
