Junior Finance Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

TL;DR

Junior Finance Systems Analyst (NetSuite): Supporting financial processes within NetSuite and related systems with an accent on transaction management, basic reporting, and data handling. Focus on assisting with operational tasks, improving financial processes, and system automation.

Location: Hybrid work mode in Kazakhstan. Must not reside in or perform work from Russia, Crimea region, So-Called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria.

What you will do

• Support financial processes in NetSuite and related systems.
• Work with transactions, basic reports, and data.
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks of Finance Systems.
• Interact with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Participate in process improvement and documentation.

Requirements

• Basic experience in finance (Accounting, Finance, Audit, AR/AP, Controlling, or similar).
• Understanding of at least one financial process (invoices, payments, reconciliations, credits, etc.).
• Systemic and logical thinking with a quick learning ability.
• Experience working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
• Interest in financial process and system automation.
• English: B2 required.
