Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Warsaw, Rzeszow, or Krakow, Poland (1-2 days per week in office)

Salary: 24,000–30,000 PLN/month on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Build and evolve RESTful and GraphQL APIs in a service-oriented and event-driven architecture.
• Contribute to cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS, SQS, SNS, S3, AuroraDB, Lambda, AppSync).
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Implement messaging and event-driven communication using Kafka, SQS, and Solace.
• Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows and integration of AI tools into engineering processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong understanding of modern development paradigms: service-oriented architecture, REST APIs, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.
• Full-stack mindset with the ability to move across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Quality-oriented approach including unit testing, test automation, and awareness of security, performance, and stability.
• Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments with shared operational responsibility.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable systems.
