Location: Hybrid remote with occasional visits to the Warsaw office, Poland.

Salary: 20 000 – 28 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)

What you will do

• Design and maintain ultra-low latency pipelines for Real-Time Bidding (RTB) systems.
• Handle millions of queries per second (QPS) with a performance-first mindset.
• Work with modern Big Data and streaming technologies.
• Contribute to high-performance data platforms in the e-commerce and advertising ecosystems.
• Optimize data processing jobs and ensure platform scalability.
• Directly impact business-critical advertising and bidding systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering within RTB.
• Strong knowledge of Scala, Go, Python, SQL.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink.
• Understanding of cloud deployments and operations (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to make occasional visits to the Warsaw office, Poland.
• English: B2 required.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques used in RTB.
• Experience at the intersection of big data and fast data.
