What you will do

• Own the implementation of gameplay systems and features from concept to final integration.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code using Unreal Engine best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers to shape features and find technical solutions.
• Integrate gameplay systems with animation, UI, AI, physics, and audio.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and help define solid gameplay architectures.
• Support and mentor less experienced programmers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gameplay programmer in C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Ability to work comfortably across C++ and Unreal Blueprints.
• Strong understanding of game development, including identifying risks, performance issues, and technical debt.
• Active participation in code reviews.
• Experience with PC/Console platform development.
• Ability to estimate tasks and plan work realistically with Production.
