What you will do

• Design and build high-converting landing pages using Droip (WordPress visual builder).
• Create reusable page sections and components for increased publishing velocity.
• Improve conversion rate, page speed, accessibility, and SEO across key pages.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Design, Brand & Comms, and Engineering.
• Turn program briefs and campaigns into live pages within target timelines.
• Maintain and refactor existing pages to reduce technical debt.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building production marketing or landing pages, preferably within BioPharma.
• Strong experience working with WordPress modern visual or component-based page builders (e.g., Webflow-style environments).
• Ability to independently design and ship responsive, production-grade layouts (HTML/CSS).
• Solid understanding of CRO, page speed performance, SEO hygiene, and accessibility.
• Comfortable working with Figma design files and component libraries.
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily build workflow.
