TL;DR
Content Manager (SEO): Planning, writing, optimizing, and improving content for rankings and conversions with an accent on keyword insights, content outlines, and performance tracking. Focus on using SEMrush for competitive analysis, optimizing existing pages, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns.
Location: Onsite in Skopje, North Macedonia. Must be eligible to work in North Macedonia and able to commute to the office full-time.

What you will do
- Write and edit SEO-led content, including blog articles, landing pages, web copy, and email/campaign assets.
- Utilize SEMrush for keyword research, topic discovery, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Optimize AI visibility through citations and social listening.
- Build and maintain content outlines aligned to search intent and funnel stage.
- Optimize existing pages by refining titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and readability.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure clear, on-brand messaging for campaigns.
- Track content performance and iterate based on rankings, traffic, CTR, and engagement data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a content writer/copywriter with a portfolio of SEO-focused work.
- Practical knowledge of SEMrush (including Keyword Magic Tool, Position Tracking, Site Audit, On Page SEO Checker).
- Strong understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO principles.
- Excellent English writing skills with a clear, confident, and adaptable tone (C1 equivalent).
- Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback well, and work independently.
- Eligibility to work in North Macedonia.
- Ability to commute to the Skopje office full-time.
