What you will do
- Define and drive the front-end architecture strategy across multiple projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional development teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative engineering culture.
- Act as the technical authority for React and front-end technologies, setting best practices and ensuring code quality across teams.
- Partner with architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with extensive hands-on expertise in React.js.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead in complex projects.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced responsive design techniques.
- Solid experience with front-end architecture patterns, state management libraries, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern build tools.
- CV in English required.
