Senior Programme Manager (ICT): Accountable for complex ICT transition and transformation programmes from pre-sales to in-life services with an accent on planning and delivering successful outcomes. Focus on setting direction, providing thought leadership, influencing decision-making, and driving best-in-class practice.
Location: Independent (Homebased Working) with regional travel to customer sites in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Lead complex ICT transition and transformation programmes from pre-sales to in-life services.
- Establish strong relationships across , customers, and vendors, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Lead large matrix teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working culture.
- Define delivery strategies and lead programme responses on Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Drive revenue and margin improvements through contract understanding and Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
- Assess Programme Issues, Risks, and Dependencies, defining strategies to manage impact.
Requirements
- Extensive track record in delivering large/complex, multi-tower, customer facing, ICT programmes.
- Pre-sales experience, leading and shaping Delivery strategies to clients.
- Experience in responding to bid PQQs and RFPs.
- MSP Practitioner, Prince 2 Practitioner and/or PMI PMP certifications.
- Eligible for SC clearance.
