Location: Hybrid model, 2 days working from the office in Raanana, Israel, and 3 days remote work each week.

What you will do

• Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
• Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS for the Workforce Management platform.
• Lead feature design and implementation, setting team standards and advising on tech selection.
• Optimize components for maximum performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and a long-term vision for scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85 required.
• At least 8 years of Backend or Fullstack experience.
• Experience with AI-augmented development, including MCP servers.
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts.
• Fluent English required.
• Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner, and team player with excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with ML pipelines, vector databases, or LLM integration patterns.
