Recruitment Manager

TL;DR

Recruitment Manager: Supporting and reporting directly to Operations Manager by proactively using various channels to search for talent and developing talent sourcing strategies with an accent on increasing the talent pool, determining recruitment tone of voice, and creating engaging job ads. Focus on improving onboarding and offboarding processes and keeping up with the latest trends of talent sourcing and acquisition.

Location: Hybrid work model in Malta is possible: on-site/remote.

What you will do

• Proactively source talent across various channels and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to preparing job offers and logging in the ATS.
• Continuously grow the talent pool and propose innovative improvements to recruitment processes.
• Define the recruitment tone of voice and create engaging job advertisements with the PR and Operations managers.
• Support employer branding activities and manage external advertising within the allocated budget.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment performance, costs, and channel effectiveness, and assist in improving onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

• Experience within office work.
• Professional level of English is required - written and verbal.
• Proficient user in all MS Office applications.
• Experience working with LinkedIn.

Nice to have

• A Diploma/Degree in HR.
• Experience in the GameDev industry.
• Existing base of potential employees.
