hirify.global is a game development studio looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Malta.

What you will do

• Create, manage, and execute project schedules and resource plans with the Producer.
• Work with department leads to properly estimate tasks and track milestone deliverables.
• Manage daily development efforts to ensure cross-department coordination and communication.
• Coordinate cooperation with outsource contractors for quality and timely delivery.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure clear and timely reporting of project and team status.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Good project management experience in planning, scheduling, risk management, and release management.
• Jira Dashboard Excellence (customizing flows, creating Agile boards, reporting, JQL).
• English: B2 (working proficiency) required.
