Salary: Competitive, plus discretionary annual bonus up to 20%.

What you will do

• Conduct analysis into customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders and board members.
• Build predictive models to support business decision making.
• Deliver data experimentation to optimise customer targeting and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.
• Mentor and support junior members of the analytics team.

Requirements

• Experience in customer data/analytics, ideally within the retail industry.
• Strong background in predictive analytics, preferably in customer marketing.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, data science, and machine learning techniques.
• Significant experience in data visualisation and storytelling.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and data visualisation platforms.
• Strong relationship management skills and experience in coaching.
