Business Development Manager (Retail Technology)

What you will do

• Own and manage a strong sales pipeline within the EPOS domain.
• Drive new business development, particularly across Garden Centres and similar retail sectors.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns with Marketing.
• Represent hirify.global Retail at industry events, client meetings, and remote demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and handover.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within EPOS solutions.
• Experience selling into Garden Centres or similar retail industries.
• Strong new business and pipeline generation capability.
• Full sales cycle experience from prospecting through to contract.
• CRM discipline and accurate forecasting ability.
• Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of retail hardware (EPOS tills, scanners, printers).
