What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 technical support to customers in real time.
• Analyze logs, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Kibana.
• Manage cases, tickets, and requests in Salesforce.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Communicate with global customers for timely issue resolution.
• Perform back-office tasks, including writing and maintaining suspicious field expressions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with data analysis.
• Strong understanding of log analysis, APIs, and client-server architecture.
• Proficient in SQL, including BigQuery SQL.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP request methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer support, including direct communication with clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Cybersecurity Analyst/Researcher role supporting external customers.
• Experience in web application security, bot management, and fraud detection.
• Basic Python skills.
• Experience with Kibana.
