Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Oversee the full game-porting lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, optimization, certification, and release.
• Collaborate with internal development teams, external partners, and platform holders.
• Ensure performance and stability across all target platforms.
• Identify and resolve platform-specific technical challenges, memory bottlenecks, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
• Contribute hands-on to coding, debugging, strategic planning, and technical roadmap development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in the video game industry.
• Recent and extensive experience in cross-platform console development.
• Experience managing the complete porting lifecycle across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving experience.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams, external partners, and platform holders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4, Unreal Engine 5, or Unity.
