What you will do

  • Ideate, script, and create short-form video content for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
  • Appear on camera regularly, filming content with confidence and humor.
  • Manage hirify.global’s day-to-day social media presence, understanding platform culture and trends.
  • Support seasonal and cultural campaigns, adapting content for key moments.
  • Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators for the Saudi market.
  • Edit content quickly and effectively using tools like CapCut, optimizing for each platform.
  • Stay plugged into social trends, creator culture, and emerging formats.
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and creative teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media and content creation, with a strong focus on short-form, video-first platforms.
  • Confident and comfortable on camera, with a natural presence.
  • Creative thinker who understands audience resonance and how to leverage trends.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with designers, marketing, and brand teams.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple content streams.
  • Strong understanding of platform analytics and performance.
  • Culturally aware within the Saudi market, able to create relevant content.
