What you will do

• Joint-lead the technical development of projects.
• Lead a team of programmers, ensuring technical excellence.
• Maintain and improve existing game code (C++, materials, Blueprints).
• Develop game-specific features and enhancements.
• Drive proper development and optimization.
• Ensure only bug-free code enters test servers for public release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer sciences or computer engineering.
• Proven experience leading, growing, and coaching a team to success.
• Experience with C++, Blueprints, and Unreal Engine.
• Programming experience: 5 years (preferred).
• Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Work Type: Part-time initially, with potential for full-time after 3-month trial period.
• Employee Type: Contract work.
