Fullstack Developer (React, Java, Python)

TL;DR

Location: Remote from Czech Republic or Slovakia (Ostrava office available)

What you will do

• Develop new features across the stack (React, Java, Python) for an infrastructure-management portal.
• Design and implement integrations with external cloud and SDLC systems.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design for service-based systems.
• Ensure code quality across services and help mitigate technical debt.
• Work independently on end-to-end feature delivery from problem definition to deployment.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and lead daily standups and retrospectives (rotation-based).

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong React, Java + Spring development experience.
• Python development experience (or ability and willingness to learn).
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with service-based architecture, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Czech OR Slovak speaker required.

Nice to have

• Background with cloud integrations (OpenStack, UpCloud, or similar).
• Experience with SDLC tools integration (Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence, Artifactory).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
