Что делать
- Work with HRMS (HiBob and PeopleForce): data entry, administration, configuration, and report generation.
- Own the pre-boarding process.
- Own the relocation process.
- Manage employee insurance (liaising with contractors, creating guides, and advising employees).
- Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Legal & HelpDesk departments.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, advising employees on HR policies and procedures.
