Social Media Specialist (SMM)

Format: Remote (international contract)

What You’ll Do
-Manage and grow our official social channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, and Reddit (yes, we know how to post on Reddit without getting banned 🛡)
-Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
-Create educational, technically accurate content about proxies, automation, and digital infrastructure
-Write clear, structured copy tailored to B2B and technical audiences
-Produce and edit short-form videos and visuals (reels, carousels, stories)
-Repurpose blog posts, product updates, and technical insights into engaging social formats
-Engage authentically with communities in cybersecurity, SaaS, and automation
-Track performance metrics and continuously refine content strategy based on data

What We’re Looking For
-4–5 years of experience managing business social media accounts
-Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, automation, or infrastructure tech (strong preference)
-Proven ability to explain complex topics clearly—without dumbing them down
-Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills
-Self-driven, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution
-Comfortable working independently in a technical environment
-Required Tools & Skills
-Proficiency with visual/content tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Photoshop
-English fluency (B2+) — all content will be in English
-Russian is a strong plus (but not required)
