What you will do

• Analyze existing and upcoming digital assets related regulations (APAC jurisdictions), assess their impact, and translate them into pragmatic business requirements.
• Act as the primary Compliance contact for digital assets trading teams, advising on specific compliance matters.
• Support and contribute to new digital assets market expansions and business development initiatives.
• Keep abreast of digital assets regulatory developments in APAC.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate internal and external audits related to digital assets activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk within financial markets, with a keen interest in digital assets.
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework in APAC and ability to adapt them to evolving digital assets developments.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and proprietary trading.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk-based compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
