Internship: Pre-Project Management

TL;DR

Pre-Project Management Intern: Supports pre-projects in the engineering department by developing solutions for customers and improving the quality of preparation and implementation. Focus on tracking KPIs and results through various databases and reporting.

Location: Must be able to commute to our center in Polanco, Mexico City, 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (flexible hours)

What you will do

• Support activities to develop solutions for customers.
• Improve pre-project preparation and implementation quality.
• Utilize various databases to create reports and track KPIs and results.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office, Project Intermediate (Excel), macros is ideal
• Power BI and SAP Desirable
• Programming automation, AI, Copilot+ is a plus
• Intermediate-Advanced English: – Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
• Skills in teamwork, effective communication, time management, organization and critical thinking.
• Availability for internships: from August 03 to July 2027.
• Graduation is expected: July 2027 or later
• Availability to work hybrid and commute to our center 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (flexible hours), throughout the program
