What you will do

• Handle escalated incidents from 1st level support requiring deeper technical and functional analysis.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of SAP Fiori Apps, including role configuration and authorization issues.
• Support configuration adjustments within approved change management processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex master data issues across Business Partner, Material Master, Vendor Master, and GL accounts.
• Investigate integration issues between S/4HANA and connected systems (CPI, Banking platforms, third-party applications).
• Assist in system monitoring, background job analysis, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and key differences from ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and troubleshooting.
• Functional understanding of at least two core modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, or P2P processes.
• Experience with SAP authorization concepts and role-based access control.
• Familiarity with master data governance and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
