What you will do

• Design and evolve job architectures.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of organisational infrastructure and its link to skills and reward.
• Ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.
• Flexible collaborator with good judgement.
• Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
• Relevant master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
