Location: Cairo, Egypt. Hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
• Manage digital platform relationships and develop/manage paid performance campaigns.
• Implement digital performance best practices and beta features with clients.
• Ensure delivery on performance targets and monitor/measure activity, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Maintain high-level client relationships and build respect as a business leader.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and account leads on performance marketing requirements and long-term strategies.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of digital all-rounder experience with a strong understanding of multiple digital media channels.
• Expertise in Google Ads and social platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and X ads.
• 2+ years of experience in MMPs, app development, and user acquisition.
• Proficiency in integrating platforms and tech implementations, including pixels, SDKs, and CAPI.
• Familiarity with CDPs.
• Strong presentation skills and client management experience.
