What you will do

• Own the technical direction of hirify.global for Builders, acting as a technical co-founder.
• Co-lead the pod, shaping both product and technical decisions.
• Explore and evaluate emerging GenAI platforms (LLMs, builder tools, agent frameworks).
• Design, build, and ship integrations, plugins, connectors, and widgets for developers.
• Own architecture, DevOps, deployment, and operations.
• Build pragmatically to validate value and achieve product-market fit.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a senior developer or technical leader, still highly hands-on.
• Strong founder mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
• Deep familiarity with developer ecosystems and active community involvement.
• Proven experience building integrations, plugins, SDKs, or platform extensions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM tooling (integrations, agent frameworks, MCPs).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, and production systems.
• Full-stack experience covering infrastructure, APIs, and systems.

Nice to have

• Prior startup or founder experience.
• Experience with automation/workflow tools like n8n.
