What you will do

• Perform identity and role clean-up, including accounts clean-up and duplicate identities.
• Conduct account reconciliation, both online and offline.
• Manage user accounts, creating, changing, and deleting them.
• Prepare, validate, and run access reviews, communicating with managers.
• Validate specific user accounts and access rights.
• Raise bugs and stories to improve tools based on daily activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, with emphasis on pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and governance mindset.
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate business needs into data-driven actions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative, proactive, and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain compliance with security and privacy standards.
