What you will do

• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for Secure Cloud Access across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Define secure access patterns based on least privilege and zero standing privileges for cloud infrastructure.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on cloud IAM architectures, roles, policies, and organizational hierarchies.
• Drive Kubernetes access strategy, including authentication, authorization (RBAC), and integration with cloud IAM.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineering, and security architects to deliver cohesive cloud access experiences across hirify.global solutions.
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and architectural decisions to executive and customer-facing stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated ownership of complex technical products.
• Strong background in cloud security and identity, with knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP IAM models.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments, including clusters, namespaces, and RBAC.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to understand and reason about complex distributed systems and security architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with information security, privileged access management, or zero trust principles.
