What you will do

• Lead products/services serving multiple other products/services, providing exceptional service to customers.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers, R&D, and departmental leaders to align and execute product strategies.
• Perform product and market research, discover improvements, identify new opportunities, and drive product strategy.
• Collect, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, define product features, and manage product roadmap.
• Engage with enterprise-scale customers to ensure satisfaction and deliver roadmap updates.
• Collaborate with sales, professional services, business development, product marketing, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proactive and enthusiastic individual with a serious work ethic.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or relevant experience.
• Experience with leading SaaS products.
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with leading a SaaS platform.
• Experience with AI technologies and data analysis.
• Pragmatic Marketing methodology knowledge & certification.
• Experience in information security.
• BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development.
