What you will do

• Revise and update Physical Security & Safety (PSS) policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist the group head in managing PSS targets and strategies for the designated geographical territory.
• Direct the regional PSS network to align with the organization’s broader objectives.
• Serve as the main PSS liaison for the region, coordinating actions with local management and ensuring regional practices comply with corporate standards.
• Identify, assess, and report regional security risks, enacting approved resolutions and supervising their implementation.
• Facilitate the translation of global PSS policies into localized actions, employing robust analysis to influence decision-making at the corporate level.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required; French is a plus.
• Strong ability to quickly grasp a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• Human relations skills and the ability to understand an environment on a human level.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and dedication.
• Master’s degree in security/safety with 4+ years experience in a physical security & safety management department (corporate experience is a plus) OR 10+ years experience operations oriented as a military or law enforcement.
