What you will do

• Drive development and re-architecture of products within a tiger-team, focusing on simplification, technology uplift, automation, and leveraging AI tooling.
• Select and integrate appropriate AI models into product solutions.
• Help build out and maintain the AI infrastructure.
• Develop/Redevelop enterprise solutions, primarily in Java.
• Upskill and handover new development practices and codebases to existing product teams.
• Contribute to the definition of the next-gen AI SDLC process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
• Extensive Fullstack Java/TSQL/React hands-on development experience.
• Self-starting problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly upskill in new technologies and understand complex enterprise environments.
• Practical experience utilizing latest AI technologies to accelerate development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code.
• Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in the enterprise.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications.
• Team lead experience.
• Process automation.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHub actions and Jenkins.
