What you will do

• Collaborate with the game development team to provide critical insights and data based on player feedback and analysis.
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure continuous, stable delivery of high-quality content and services, monitoring version progress and resolving live issues.
• Monitor and analyze community sentiment and player feedback to support strategic decision-making for project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in gaming and community platforms.
• Strong passion for gaming, with in-depth knowledge and experience in ACG titles.
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and summarisation skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred to facilitate collaboration with China-based teams.
