Android & Flutter Developer (Junior / Junior+)

Python We are Bito ERP (bito.uz), building a modern ERP system for businesses, including Sales, Finance, Inventory, CRM, POS, and other core modules. We are looking for a Junior or Junior+ Android & Flutter Developer who wants to grow in mobile development and work on real production applications used by businesses. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Android (Kotlin/Java) and Flutter
Implement UI designs and connect mobile apps to backend APIs
Work with REST APIs and handle basic authentication flows
Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor code when needed
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers
Participate in code reviews and team discussions Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Android and/or Flutter development
Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart or Android (Kotlin/Java)
Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and UI components
Experience working with REST APIs
Familiarity with Git and version control
Willingness to learn and improve code quality
Basic English reading skills for documentation Nice to Have:
Experience with both Flutter and native Android
Experience publishing apps to Google Play
Understanding of state management in Flutter
Experience with business or dashboard-style mobile apps What We Offer:
