What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Refine targeting strategies through research and brainstorming to align with client objectives.
  • Create measurement frameworks, set learning agendas, and generate reports for client decision-making.
  • Analyze paid media campaigns, identify patterns and insights, and leverage reporting tools and third-party platforms.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for internal account teams and vendors, addressing issues and managing multiple projects.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, fostering effective communication.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Social.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, measurement techniques, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, platforms, and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English: Business level proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in delivering comprehensive reporting, measurement insights, and measurement consultancy.
  • Understanding of the analytics process, including tagging and tracking.
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels like Paid Search and content marketing.
